As the Associate Vice President of Hindustan Wellness, I lead the HR operations for one of the largest preventive healthcare service providers in India. I have a PGDM in HR and a SAP HCM certification, along with 12+ years of experience in the outsourcing/offshoring and government sectors. My core competencies include managing large-scale and diverse workforces, ensuring compliance with labor laws and SLAs, and driving employee satisfaction and performance. In my current role, I oversee a team of 19 HR professionals and 2,000+ employees across the country. I am responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships, liaising with government offices, and keeping the manpower budget under the approved limit. I have also implemented successful Performance Management Systems, improved employee engagement, and facilitated organizational change and development. In previous roles, I have achieved 100% capacity fulfillment, strengthened government office liaising and industrial relations, and supported client manpower needs.
