We aim to create India’s largest Industry demand-led edtech platform for healthcare professionals.My New Roles and Responsibilities:• Drive governance on critical human resources metrics such as retention, and engagement cost for a fast-paced business• Engage work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Staffing, HRSS, and the business• Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and Best Practices• Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams• Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating the common process and consistent messaging• Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people ask to assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale partner with Stakeholders and manage senior Stakeholders single-handedly to tackle business problems• Taking complete ownership to create a proactive hiring strategy/model for delivering new hires every month including ramp-ups both (On roll & Off roll)• Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge• Manage queries, issues, escalations, if any other process/ task allocated as required participate in Knowledge Sessions within or outside the Team Participation in events organized by the company deploy• Monitor performance management system for all employees and ensure adherence to the process

Both these industries have entered a new phase of growth because of the pandemic and will grow rapidly over the next 10 years.My Roles and Responsibilities:• Managing and monitoring end-to-end recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, talent acquisition/pipeline development, onboarding, etc.• Taking the complete ownership to create a proactive hiring strategy/model for delivering new hires every month including ramp-ups both (On roll & Offroll)• Effectively managing just-in-time hiring as well as managing the talent supply chain and identifying creative ways to ensure access to the best talent to fill current and future openings.• Responsible for managing relationships & evaluating the performance of recruiting program partners including employment advertising, background screening, job portals, ATS management, and employer brand/recruitment marketing agencies.• Ensuring to create new sourcing channel through College Connect, NSDC Connect Employment Exchange - Training company/ NGO connects, industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees• Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge• Working as recruiting programs team that worked closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees across India to provide support for all recruiting processes, systems, and tools• Responsible for defining key Talent Acquisition matrices, reporting goals, and data analytics to assess recruitment process effectiveness including - Quality, TAT, CPH, and other hiring matrices.• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
