-Setting up and manage CHILDLINE service in the agreed targeted new districts.-Developing strategy for the CHILDLINEs in multiple districts.-Facilitate the functioning of CHILDLINE services in at least 59 cities and 20 major Railway Station in the North region.-Ensuring standardized value added inputs to the cities for service excellence.-Capacity building of city level teams during periodic visits.-Conducting in-house training's for the CHILDLINEs.-Networking and advocacy with the state administration.-Representing CHILDLINE in the regional networks and campaigns.-Information support to CIF Regional Centers for regional MIS.-Presenting regional update on fund status.-Providing regional data for advocacy initiatives, updates on regional networks & campaigns.-Ensuring timely flow of grant in aid of all partners in cities facilitated.-Co-facilitate with the Regional Head, the capacity building of regional CHILDLINE team to respond effectively to region specific issues.-Liaising with the local administration and allied systems in cities/districts to enhance CHILDLINE’s visibility and recall.-Represent Childline in State level.

-Investigate and indentify circuses which have employed children. -Prepare comprehensive plan for intervention, rescues and rehabilitation of such children. -Involve authorities and conduct rescue of children. -Rehabilitation of rescued children and ensure compensation, restoration. -Advocacy with Panchayat and local bodies to ensure that the rescued children do not come back to circus. -Fallow-up visits to restore girls.-Documentation of activities and case studies.

• Networking with Panchayat representatives for good governance • One to one meeting with district officials & stakeholders• Strategic decision & Problem solving• Developing IEC tools for different stake holders• Partner wise program review and feedback to block coordinators • Planning for the month and review program activities • Monitoring of overall project activities at districts level• Ensuring media advocacy and representation in various meetings etc. • Supervision of the field staff and preparing reports.• Reporting to the Director & Funding agency about the progress of the project on monthly basis.
