I head the Technical Services Department for the North Indian arm of our organization. I lead a team of four on-site engineers and supervise technical service activities such as: -Providing product information and application training to the internal sales team, contractors and on-site projects teams. -Resolution of our Clients' complaints and grievance redressal. As a part my role, I also attend technical meetings with architects, project managers and contactors for product related discussions or to secure approvals and also to suggest solutions to various challenges they face.

My primary responsibility at the organization was to design and review various R.C.C and Steel Sub-station structures.Some projects that I contributed to are:-Power Grid Corporation India Ltd. 765-400-220 kV Bhuj Sub-station -Power Grid Corporation India Ltd. 765-400 kV Bhind-Guna-Morena Sub-station-Nepal Electricity Authority 132 -33 kV Dhungesangu Sub-station -Nepal Electricity Authority 220 -132-33 kV Khimti Sub-station.As a part of these projects, I was responsible for design of several Sub-station components such as residential buildings , control-room buildings and other service buildings, along with steel equipment support structures, Steel gantry structures, water tanks, oil tanks, cable trenches and drainage structures .In addition to my design responsibilities, I also drew up pre-bid quantity estimates for the organization's private and government tenders.
