Shell E4 (Energizing and Enabling Energy Entrepreneurs): - Co-Initiated and conceptualised the Shell E4 Startup hub programme - designed to enable startups accelerate their business growth and test the commercial and technical viability of their business offering. - Delivered the business case proposal outlining strategic intent, program design and value proposition for the energy ecosystem.- 1st cohort of startups in Shell Technology Centre Bangalore from February 2018.More details on the programme and application process can be found in the link!

Shell Graduate Program (Completed in 2017)- Responsible for delivering capital projects, technology solutions and operations support for Shell projects and assets in the Asia Pacific region. - Awarded Quality Recognition Award for impacting a sizeable CAPEX reduction in a downstream capital project, by optimising design specifications based on predictive modelling.

Supported the Turnaround for Pearl GTL, Qatar - the world's largest Gas to Liquid Plant. Recognised for exceeding expectations and demonstrating the ability to learn on the job and delivering results.

Awarded Pre-Placement Offer on the basis of performance during internship

Successfully completed the project: "Investigation on Minimization of Copper Loss to Slag in Smelter I" in a span of 8 weeks. The project involved optimization of process parameters to achieve best results for the smelter.

Co-Authored ,"Construction of Optimum portfolio of stocks using Genetic Algorithm"- published in International Journal of Systems Assurance Engineering and Management, Springer 2014. Developed a novel genetic algorithm to construct an optimum portfolio of stocks selected from S&P 500: US Index.
