Worked with ICI, Bhagalpur for more than 4 years as an IT Faculty for Computer Hardware, Operating Systems (DOS, Windows) and Application Software (MS-Office, Tally, PageMaker etc.) and handled various other roles and responsibilities such as Installation and Up-gradation of Operating Systems and other Software Packages and provide Support as per the requirements.
