I am extremely passionate about deriving intelligence from data and using it to build better products. In over a decade of my Data Science career, I have used various Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling techniques to solve business problems (recommendations, personalization, user profiling and segmentation, retention, subscription conversion, smart notifications, etc) across industries. I am currently leading teams of over 20 Data Scientists, Analysts, and Data Engineers at 64sqs.com to provide Data Science and Analytics solutions to over 20 businesses across 7 industries. I took a brief sabbatical from Dec 2019 to Sept 2021. In this period of reflection, I had been working on certain fundamental problems at the intersection of neuroscience, cognition, philosophy, and mathematics, while retreating into nature, taking a break from technology, and focusing on physical and mental health. Prior to this, I was a Sr Data Analyst at JioSaavn (formerly Saavn Media Pvt Ltd) where I managed and implemented various data science solutions across personalization, profiling, and growth. Before this I was the 12th member of a fast growing FinTech startup, where I worked as a Jr Data scientist and helped improve their core products using NLP, Statistical modelling and Machine Learning I started my carrier at the Coca Cola company (Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd) as a Supply Chain and Operations Engineer, which I promply quit within 3 months to jump in the field of my primary interest, Data Science
