Cosmos India is a regional community focused on India to grow the adoption and awareness about the Cosmos ecosystem.- Cosmos India was one of the first full-scale regional Cosmos communities and grew to be the largest Cosmos regional community in 2019-20 with 1000+ members.- Hosted 10+ online and offline events (including developer workshops) during 2019-20. Revived the community with the latest ATOM Bangalore event in December 2022.- Hosted HackATOM India in 2020, which saw participation from 1200+ developers.- Received grants from ICF and Tendermint in 2019-20 to drive the adoption of Cosmos in India.

Persistence is a Tendermint-based specialized Layer-1 powering an ecosystem of DeFi applications focused on unlocking the liquidity of staked assets.Key achievements:- Laid the foundations of marketing and community processes and scaled the marketing team to 6 members.- Grew the community from 0 to 100,000 members collectively across social media platforms. Persistence is consistently listed among the top 3 most influential Cosmos-based projects in terms of social metrics.- Led the company's core branding and executed three narrative shift/ rebranding campaigns - Enterprise Hub to RWA-based lending to Liquid Staking Hub.- Grew the validator ecosystem to 110 validators and launched Foundation Delegation Program along with the Core-1 chain lead. Currently, the Persistence Core-1 chain is the highest-rated Cosmos-based chain, scoring 78 (Source: Observatory.zone).- Led the marketing for XPRT (Persistence's native token) launch, and the stakedrop campaign witnessed participation of USD 1B+ worth of staked assets across Cosmos, Kava, Terra, and Polygon networks.- Developed the overall marketing strategy for PSTAKE public sale on Coinlist, which received 949,000 registrations (record at the time).

ACM VIT Student Chapter is one of the oldest and most active computer sciecne societies of VIT University. The chapter's aim is to inspire college students about computer science and technology and encourage diversity in the field. • Helped the Executive Board 2018-19 to make strategic decisions and provided expert, non-binding advice on its overall management.• Played an important role in organising Code2Create 2019 and other key events such as PyGAE, Reverse Coding and Learn2Compete. • Helped in the smooth transition of responsibilities and roles from Executive Board 2017-18 to Executive Board 2018-19.• Assisted the Executive Board to build relationships with the industry professionals and experts and provided insights about community development and growth.

My research majorly focused on the following aspects of business: - To establish a better methodology to monitor cost centres in the Tata Motors Pantnagar plant - To provide the framework for cost control and cost analysis- To evaluate and suggest the modification to the current cost centres system and provide insights on how it could be improved and implement better changes in future

Assailing Falcons is a team of undergraduate students at VIT University who manufacture radio controlled aircrafts for the SAE Aerodesign competitions. Their aircraft can also be used for surveillance and disaster management. The team also organizes routine workshops to create a sustaining environment of young aviation enthusiasts. The previous generations of aircraft manufactured by the team has received appreciation from the likes of Boeing, NASA, and Lockheed Martin. Founded in 2010, team has come a long way and currently hold No. 7 in SAE International Aero Design rankings. My major responsibilities in the team include project management, catalyzing team coordination, team management, communications and public relations, and outreach. I have worked extensively on team's social media and digital presence and have succeeded in setting up active social media channels at Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with more than 5000 reach every week.

My responsibilities include building marketing strategies, dealing with associates of team, manage the publicity and promotion programs of the team. I also deal with the sponsorship and membership of the team. In the sidelines i also take care of documentation or the team. In my additional responsibilities I play role of backup graphic designer.

Google Developer Group, VIT Vellore is a non-profit developers group to learn, share and know more about Google technologies. Our events are open to newbies, developers, managers, and organizations who are interested in Google's technologies or use them as part of their projects. I helped GDG VIT Vellore in managing their developers' community and provide critical analysis on the trends and needs of the community. I also played an important role in portraying the outlook of the organization and optimize the outreach.

Winuall is an online education start-up which aims at connecting the students to the experts from top coaching institutes and professors from renowned universities. It provides numerous services like Ask Question, Quizzes, Online Tests, Study Packages and one-to-one counseling for engineering competitive examinations and school board examination. Certainly, Winuall has developed a one-stop solution for all the coaching institutes and schools with their innovative and advance Learning Management System. My responsibilities included developing the layouts for the website and mobile app of the company. Managing the content for the website and analyzing the similar websites. Frame the overall content for advertisements and formal proposals. I lead the blogging portal of the company to grow the audience engagement and draw attention towards the importance of smart learning. I also assisted the UI/UX designers of the website and app.

I took on-board as Human Resource Intern but the work-friendly environment and open-minded managing committee allowed me to explore through all the domains. My responsibilities as HR Intern majorly included assisting the on-boarding process, employee documentation and database maintenance, and research on effective human resource management methodologies.
