CurrentIssuance of Road Permits: Review applications for road permits, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and compliance with regulations is met.Consent to Work Within Road Reserve: Assess and approve applications for works within road reserves, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to minimize disruptions.Final Building Council Asset Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of completed building projects to ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and council regulations.Vehicle Crossovers Application Management: Process applications for vehicle crossovers, evaluating design and placement to ensure safety and compliance with council policies.Pre-Pour Inspections: Perform inspections prior to concrete pouring to ensure all necessary preparations and compliance with specifications are met.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and applications. Prepare reports and summaries as required for internal and external stakeholders.Community Engagement: Liaise with the community, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide information and support related to permits and inspections.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with issued permits and council regulations.
