The ambition of the Network is to provide rapid access to free specialist advice and support for a range of issues that affect our population’s wellbeing including welfare and benefits, substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health. As acting coordinator, I oversee the day-to-day delivery of the City Wellbeing Hub, ensuring that an efficient programme of support and intervention is provided to individuals referred to the service.During the network’s first two years, I have played a pivotal role in implementing and improving service delivery, developing new referral pathways, and extending the reach of the Network by helping to launch affiliate Hubs in areas of specific need.
