Conducting environmental and socio-economic assessments of projects in Yukon identifying potential environmental and socio-economic effects and mitigation measures, and making binding recommendations for the approval or rejection of the project.2. Identifying and analyzing the environmental and socio-economic effects of projects as well as mitigation options. Researching specific issues that arise during the environmental and socio-economic assessment of projects, and recommending means to resolve these issues.3.
