 Managed effective quality management system. Review of all the batch manufacturing and packaging records for Compliance. Participate in Validation of various Manufacturing operations like Granulation and Compression, Capsule filling, Coating and Sterile liquid manufacturing, Aerosols, Cephalosporins Areas, Oral Liquid Area, Ointment Area, Veterinary Area. Regular cGMP Inspection and check their compliance of various Manufacturing & Packaging operations like Dispensing, Granulation and Compression, Coatings, Packing, Sterile Filling, Optical Checking, Batch Coding (Printing) Aerosols, Cephalosporins Areas, Oral Liquid Area, Ointment Area, Veterinary Area. Verification of Preventive Maintenance programs in Pharmaceutical Plant and their records. Manage the change control system with various departments. Prepare the annual product review reports & analyzing the problems of products. Manage the reference sample room and batch record room according to the cGMP. Manage the deviation reports and their CAPA Handling. SOP Writing, Formatting and their Controlling. Involves in validation protocol writing and preparation of validation reports. Involves in internal audits and cGMP audit in various departments of pharmaceuticals along with SMQO. Involves in vendor audits and their qualifications. Handling of Ministry of Health and DRAP Samples and their physical examination and make their answers to the letters received from drug inspectors and DRAP. SAP related activities like Deviations posting, BOM Preparation. Handling of destruction materials and their certificates. Trainings and development of Q.A. Staff. Involves in external vendor audit and make their reports.

 Responsible to supervise the various production operations of Sterile Area (Molding, Filling, Sealing & Auto claving & packaging of sterile products.
