*)Responsible to finalize layout for Residency Park (Vasant Oasis) along with DGM architect*)Identify architectural & structural consultants and to engage them for relevant*)responsibilities of the proposed projects Finalize column locations, beam depth, architectural projections only after consultations with RCC/structural consultant  Analyze and approve architectural plans, elevations, sections, presentation drawings & other details prior execution of the project at the sites Approve the electrical layout, site grading plans & drainage systems prior to start of the project after proper examinations*)Maintain liaison and coordination with all the structural contractors, plumbing consultant, elevator installation personnel, electrical & finishing contractors to complete their respective assignments within the deadlines*)Attend site inspection on regular basis to keep track of the assignments and daily schedules and resolve any design related issues Providing support to marketing and sales departments with all information related to sales plans, allotments etc. Responsible to approve the construction of sample flat according to the agreed architectural specification, quality of materials used and other fittings etc Responsible to develop new building construction materials with minimum cost and high value efficiency  Maintain updated status of project completion reports against scheduled possession period and report to Senior Manager
