-Part of successful SCAMPI (CLASS A) for CMMI Maturity level 5-Supervised planning, execution and follow-ups of Internal/External audit activities against numerous standard such as; CMMI, ISO 9001:2008(Quality Management System), ISO 20000:2005 (IT Service Management) and ISO 27001:2005(Information Security Management System)-Involvement in Business Continuity Planning against Information Security Management System and Risk Management Process.-Manage the legal actions in coordination with Incident Response Team against any violation of ISO 27001, 20000 and 9001-Evaluate the project management practices in a cost-effective manner while managing risks to the organization-Manage Organizational Standard Software Processes (OSSP) by ensuring their availability across the organization in asset library (shared point portal)-Process complete Audit lifecycle to determine whether information systems are protected, controlled and provide value to the organization.-Prepare Audit Objectives; Status-Reports; Post-Implementation-Reviews to ensure appropriate actions have been taken by management in a timely manner.-Coordinate with Management Representative (MR) to ensure smooth execution of all processes under QE Operations Team that involved planning, implementation, and continuous support of all these standards against process improvement, process feedback, best practices and corrective and preventive actions etc. received at organizational level-Manage training of employees for the understanding of existing and newly developed processes against ISO 27001, 9001, 20000 and CMMI.-Collecting and analyzing data against defined measures that are associated with different sub processes to ensure the realization of business objectives, vision and mission statements of organization-Involve in improvement of artifact/processes for OSSP with respect to CMMI standard e.g. OID, Impact analysis form, SDLC descriptions etc.
