- Support trainers in the delivery of project management workshop by liaison between the trainers and students, updating records to Excel worksheets, invigilating exams, organising and delivering certificates to advancing students. - General admin work including but not limited to filing, organising/archiving, emails, checking correct information for students are on the system, scheduling rooms, trainers and classes.- General reception work including but not limited to answering calls, calling and updating students, signing in guests, taking in new enquiries.
