▪️To audit compliance against Quality Management Systems, GMP and HACCP controls, raising all non-conformances against relevant standards with objective evidence. ▪️Develop and maintain SOP's, work instructions, documentation and forms for quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures. ▪️Ensuring product quality is monitored, keep quality of product within specifications through accurate inspections, non-compliance procedures, appropriate reporting. ▪️Providing technical support and advice to the factory team in the event of customer visit or audit.▪️To support NPD trials and product launches, assisting in micro testing and product life assessment to ensure products are manufactured to the correct standard as necessary.▪️Perform routine sanitation inspections of processing equipment at key locations of production area to identify potential contamination sources.▪️Train employees on quality and food safety principles, processes, and procedures.▪️Investigate customer and consumer complaints, identify RCA.▪️Perform the allergen risk assessment of new ingredients.▪️Coordinate, origination of new packaging trials and approval of artwork changing.▪️Inspection of incoming packaging material, ingredients and keep the traceability record.▪️Support operation team in troubleshooting of packaging issues.▪️Investigation report of Non-conformance for defective packaging, ingredients and raise NCN against Supplier.
