· Manage oncoming consultations, including handling emails, agreements, andscheduling via Google Calendar.· Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including drafting and managing agreements, sending welcome emails, and handling document signatures via Adobe Sign.· Organize and manage client's files in Box.· Draft simple legal pleadings such as Notices of Appearance, Notices of Filing, Motions/Notices of Withdrawal, and Proposed Orders.· Prepare disclosure letters and shared client files.· Draft and send close-out letters, finalize client Box files, and create shareable links for clients.

· Memorized protocols to effectively program "Brainsway Deep TMS Machine" in order to provide the best treatment to the patient· Worked with psychiatrists and patients to develop a proper treatment plan and followed the provided plan during the duration of TMS treatment· Responsible for managing situations regarding crisis patients and advising on further treatment including ketamine infusion therapy, intensive outpatient care, inpatient care, etc.
