- Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality, and engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement for the Chamber and its sub-brands- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, create, and produce promotional, marketing, and company videos (both short and long form) other content that support the Chamber's goals- Create and edit video content for multi-platform use & distribution including website, social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, IG Reels, etc.), and email channels (Mailchimp)- Manage media assets and archiving on all company projects- Conceptualize new ideas for original content and concepts for web & mobile- Work with the Marketing team on brand & event marketing campaigns throughout the year, assisting with the creation of graphics and social copy for speakers, honorees, and members as needed- Attend Chamber programs and collaborate with Marketing Coordinators in live-tweeting and producing engaging content during and after the program- Monitor engagement across platforms and suggest ways for content optimization

- Ensure consistent branding and develop overall marketing strategies to increase the visibility of the Harrington School- Pitch and create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube in a professional manner and produce short-form video, photography, captions, and graphics- Interview Harrington students, alumni, faculty and staff, and write and edit stories highlighting them

- Maintain overall order on set and oversee use of equipment- Give directions to producers, crew, hosts, and guests- Work with producers to create segment ideas- Plan and facilitate production meetings

- Pitch social media video ideas for Instagram and YouTube in marketing team meetings- Write, direct, shoot, and edit videos marketed to Jack’s Abby and Springdale Beer’sdemographic- Produce one to two videos per week to be posted for certain products and campaigns- Translate complex ideas into compelling videos that share stories

- Work as technical director, camera operator, or audio mixer for segments and live shows- Advertise events and assist in their production- Set up and break down equipment before and after shooting

- Collect and analyze social media data through Hootsuite to help build the department’s social media strategy- Create eye-catching and informative graphics for Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube- Assist in creating a concise and informative mission statement for the department- Create consistent messaging for all slogans and statements for the department
