The risk management chairwoman uses her leadership and knowledge of Gamma Phi Beta toevaluate and mitigate risk exposure at Gamma Phi Beta events.Some Responsibilities of this position include• Serve as a member of the Administrative department.• Monitor the budget for the position.• Work with officers planning events to evaluate and mitigate risks involved with chapter events,activities or programs using the pre-event evaluation.• Work with planning officers to review contracts and insurance certificates from vendors.• Serve as the designated risk manager, if required on university forms or similar documents.• Inform officers of who to contact in the event of a chapter insurance claim.
