As a Regional People & Culture Advisor at Falck Fire Services UK, I support the delivery of high-quality HR services across multiple sites and contracts. I work with the senior management team and the operational leaders to ensure the alignment of the people strategy with the business objectives and values. I also lead and manage various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.I am passionate about learning and development, and I am currently studying for my Level 5 CIPD in Human Resources with BePro. I have already achieved a distinction in my CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice, which demonstrates my commitment and competence in the HR field. I have also developed strong skills in customer service, recruiting, and social media, which I leverage to enhance the employer brand and the employee experience at Falck. My goal is to become a trusted and influential HR partner who can drive positive change and innovation in the organisation.
