As my first job, I worked at my family’s business for 2 years before I became an insurance agent. While working there, I took on a role as front end manager, trainer and blossomed into an excellent customer service representative. Since I started as an insurance agent, I’ve also worked another part time job, as a barista, to keep a steady income. I am a very extroverted person and enjoy helping people. I’ve always been a good team player, but I discovered how good of a leader I was when I was in charge of training my fellow employees. It was a difficult role to fit into at first, considering I was 16, but it was very developmental for me and transformed me into the diligent worker I am today.
