Manage local charity requests by facilitating sports memorabilia donations, tracking inventory, and coordinating deliveries or pickups. Support the planning and execution of Boston Bruins Foundation events, including the Bruins Annual Golf Tournament, Bowl with a Bruin, Pucks and Paddles, and the BFit Challenge. Oversee the Foundation's game day table in the arena, managing the raffle and promoting current initiatives. Engage daily with supporters, fans, and partners to address inquiries about the Foundation's initiatives.

Act as a consultant to the newly appointed finance team. Offer suggestions and critical thinking strategies for upcoming initiatives. Provide insight and guidance to the creation, tracking, and monitoring of daily and weekly reports. Serve as a liaison between the finance team and the advisors, as well as contacts with the HuskyTHON Management Team.

Worked with and oversaw the four finance directors to track all financial decisions and donations coming into HuskyTHON throughout the year. Collaborated closely with the Director of Corporate Partners to solidify partnership opportunities. Worked closely with the two Co-Directors of Donation Management to facilitate all donations, both physical and online, throughout the year. Coordinated with the Director of Canning to secure canning locations for over 4,410 participants. Produced and tracked the HuskyTHON yearly budget and approved all financial decisions that arose throughout the year. Managed a financial campaign that raised over $1.73 million.

Worked with my co-director to place all offline donations for HuskyTHON into each individual's DonorDrive. Created and utilized tracking documents to keep track of donations throughout the year. Oversaw a group of 13 captains that were in charge of counting of the cash donations coming in. Worked with the Vice President of Finance and Financial Advisor to make sure all receipts were accounted for and correctly placed into DonorDrive. Collaborated with the 30 person Management Team to run and plan other HuskyTHON initiatives throughout the year.

Main point of contact between our sorority HuskyTHON team and the Management Team. Responsible for communication between the team and the Miracle Child and their family during Night Of. Collaborated with one of dancer representative from another team to create the best experience for the Miracle Child and their family. Attended weekly meetings to learn about initiatives the Management Team and HuskyTHON community. Passed on initiatives and other events going on in the HuskyTHON community to the team. Planned and organized fundraisers throughout the year for our team to increase fundraising efforts.

Work with the committee to run three various fishing tournaments between June 1 and November 1. Each tournament is designing to unite the community in support of various local charities. Assist in all aspects of the tournament reporting directly to the president. Limited but not included to distribution of apparel, organization of daily events, assigning and designating raffle and auction item, and reviewing financial statement with the committee at the conclusion of each event.
