I formerly worked as a Pre-Poll Officer for the NSWEC as a full-time temporary employee during the election period. Within this role I was required to work with sensitive government databases and assist in the preparation and organisation of documents relating to the Australian democratic process. Within this role I undertook numerous training hours regarding the sensitivity of these process and information databases. In addition, this job honed an importance of accuracy and efficiency, dealing with important databases and a heavy and consistent flow of voters particularly through rush periods.

As a Field Officer for the ABS, I worked in rural areas within the of the Wingecarribee Shire to undertake the delivery of census materials and promote participation as well as deliver instructions and assistance with the completion of the census. This particular area posed several challenges as Field Officers are required to rely on road maps and satellite imagery for assistance, and these areas had been impacted by the harsh bushfires of 2019-2020. As a result, I had to search, locate and identify houses that were no longer inhabited/destroyed, or had been recently built independent of the maps and training provided in an efficient and accurate manner.

During my summer of 2020, I worked to support my local community of Young, NSW in taking up employment at a local cherry farm. During the pandemic, Australia lost almost the entire population of migrant workers relied on for picking, packing and sorting fruit and vegetables during the summer months. As a result my local community within Young NSW (the cherry capital of Australia) was heavily impacted and as a result, in high demand for workers within the sorting and packaging department. This role required efficiency and teamwork, with movement between different roles on an as-required basis and respond to machine malfunctions or compensate for understaffing.

Following my graduation from high school, I moved to the UK to work full time at Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate for 12 months as a School Assistant. Within this role, I undertook a student receptionist role during office hours, and during the mornings, evenings and weekends worked within a junior boarding house, to support the day-to-day lives of the junior student, co-ordinating activities, undertaking cleaning roles and pastoral care of students. For this role, I undertook training in child protection, child safety, and child wellbeing.
