- Responsible for managing opportunities and communicating details of the events that will improve EDI in FIRST, the community, and Gear it Forward to the team- Organize events and projects that contribute to 2338’s Mission Statement of FIRST is For Everyone within our team- Help identify and manage the student to lead each project in their sub-team such as: EDI Workshop, EDI Meetings, SPED Open House. Best Buddies events, CHUCK build & distribution, Adaptive toy drives, Adaptive toys build & distribution, and STEM kit assembly & distribution, as well as document these events with photos and attendance- Coordinate with project managers to ensure their sub-team is meeting their goals. They will work closely with the Marketing and Outreach Captains ensuring events and initiatives are well planned- Help the Team Captain present 2338 University Leadership Training- nurturing leadership growth on the team

- Taught K-8 students about STEM through We Do (Lego), circuit boards, and basic programming- Assisted in organization and set-up- Occasionally spoke with students in Spanish to accommodate with the language barrier

Assisted in a national conference that hosted students from K-12 (the conference aimed to bring awareness to energy conservation and how STEM fields are used to combat the climate crisis)
