I advised undergraduate and graduate students on creating strong resumes and cover letters for their job, internship, and graduate school applications. While working with students, I connected them with career and internship resources, such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and BigInterview, to facilitate the exploration of job and internship opportunities. I also collaborated with a team of 18 staff members to brainstorm and share ideas on how to best serve Wheaton College students as they applyed for different opportunities during COVID-19 restrictions.

Assisted with a qualitative study of how children conceptualize God in the midst of illness. Together with a Psy.D. candidate, I analyzed and coded interviews using the research methodology Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). I collaborated with a Psy.D. Candidate weekly and participated in bi-weekly dissertation meetings with the supervising professor. I also aided in the interpretation, organization, and editing of a dissertation and recently contributed to a conference poster presentation.

Built and scheduled weekly emails in Constant Contact and updated the CAFO website using WPBaker. Researched current events in each US state’s foster care system to find articles to include in pre-scheduled emails. Worked through approximately 60 foster parent training modules and created quizzes for parents to complete to receive CE credit.

Assisted customers in the Order Pickup department by handling pre-purchased and reserved items to create a relaxed and personalized shopping experience for patrons. Organized online orders and dealt with minor customer issues. Managed and arranged over 600 orders daily during the annual Anniversary Sale
