Dr. Rogers is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Western suburbs of Chicagoland who provides therapeutic services primarily to adolescents, college students, and adults. In addition to therapy, she offers ADHD evaluations, achievement testing, and psychological assessments to clarify diagnosis and form relevant treatment goals. Dr. Rogers has training and experience administering a variety of well-recognized and researched assessment tools, including objective and projective personality tests. Dr. Rogers sees clients for therapy with a variety of presenting concerns who come from diverse backgrounds. As a person who values individual differences, she seek to offer services that are sensitive to those differences and considerate of a person’s context. Her particular areas of interest and expertise are grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, and stress management. She also has experience working with those who have survived traumatic events and who may be experiencing PTSD. Dr. Rogers's theoretical approach is integrative, process-oriented, and relational. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) when helpful to her clients.
