Hi! My name is Abby.I am an HR Professional that thrives on finding the perfect fit for a company as well as the perfect fit for an employee wishing to find their career. I am currently working for the West Michigan Whitecaps as a people operations manager. What this opportunity involves is staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and investing in our companies goals. Previously I worked for Morrison Industrial Equipment with there Gearhead Careers Recruiting company, this opportunity I was in charge of staffing for all 12 companies. Also past jobs included U.S. Xpress, a leading trucking company, and Source2, a recruitment process outsourcing company, both within the recruiting department, either as a supervisor, team lead, or leading role. I previously worked for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida as a Custodial Coordinator. With the Disney Company I have been on many opening teams, training and development programs, and new accounts. These have shaped me to the talented, dedicated, and trustworthy employee I am today. My bosses, co-workers, and friends would describe me as; positive, passionate, and a self-assured person who always finds a way to make the best out of a situation.
