CurrentUtilizes all resources for recruiting top talent for IT, Software Development, and IT Sales. Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization and for our clients. Determines applicant qualifications by pre-screening and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.Utilizes various recruiting tools including Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Internal Database, Social Media, Referrals, Cold Calling, etc.Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Recommends candidates to hiring managers based on objective criteria used in the evaluation process.
