During the Fall semester of my Senior year, I had the privilege of collaborating with a project partner to produce a comprehensive research report aimed at assisting a local business in enhancing its understanding of customer preferences and satisfaction levels. We partnered with Crepes and Grapes Cafe, during which we conducted both primary and secondary research methodologies, incorporating extensive customer interviews as part of our investigative process.Key accomplishments include:- Crafting an 87-page research dossier meticulously analyzing customer preferences and satisfaction metrics.- Devising a customer feedback survey tailored to reflect the insights gleaned from our research efforts, coupled with findings from 15 in-store customer interviews.- Thoroughly analyzed 154 survey responses to extract pertinent insights, informing further research and actionable recommendations.This endeavor not only honed my research and analytical skills but also underscored the importance of bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application in real-world business contexts.
