L&V Enterprise Resources Inc., is a non-profit in Houston, TX. We strive to help people with disabilities thrive in an inaccessible world. My role here is to over-see an innovative team of employees and help create brand awareness through digital media marketing.

Through a program called Power of Purpose, I assisted the company's top ambassador by creating digital presentations and forms, in her district. Power of Purpose is a fundraising company that goes to different schools to help them raise funds through donations. Our job is to build excitement and encourage participation which leads to optimal results. Many of the presentations and other digital media I created was distributed and utilized by ambassadors across the country.

In my time at Ulta Beauty, I was promoted from Cashier to Lead Cashier, to a Clinique Boutique Manager, and then went into management as a Merchandise Sales Coordinator and Retail Operations Manager. In each of these roles, I was responsible for collaborating with my team, managing my team, and tracking sales metrics, and implementing systems to meet deadlines.
