As a recent graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill's Hussman School of Journalism and Media, with a degree in advertising and public relations, I have received extensive training in marketing, communications, writing and other fields. I also pursued a second major in psychology, which adds to my skills in the aforementioned areas. Since graduating from college, I have gained over a year and a half of experience in advertising and marketing in Account Management and creative roles. In addition, I am trained in inbound marketing and proficient in HubSpot. Creating a unique message is important, but knowledge of people in order to make the message resonate and have an impact is crucial. This is where I believe I bring something of value to the table. My experience, coupled with my passion for communications and desire to learn, continues to lead me in the direction of content creation. I am an originator, writer and storyteller at heart, and I will continue to seek opportunities that allow me to combine my marketing skills and love for media.
