Lead project manager at Global Squad's new training facility in Mount Airy, Maryland. Schedule events, manage company POS system, and manage a team of trainers. Additionally, act as project management lead for international team. In this position I maintain relationships with international school staff, oversee international team, and serve as director of our largest project, the Summer Academy.

Recruit international students to come to our Summer Academy to gain experience playing against US competition and experience dorm life with a diverse group of students. Act as a residential advisor and cultural liaison for students during the Summer Academy. Help cultivate and expand relationships by communicating with international schools overseas. Manage logistics of the Volleyball Summer Academy and assist in the operations of the Basketball Summer Academy.

Work as a liaison between international students and a rigorous coaching program. Managed the logistics of the program and served as a residential advisor. Recruited for 2019 by attending tournaments overseas.

Work as an undergraduate research assistant under Dr. Sarah Ovink in the Virginia Tech Sociology department. Transcribe interviews for Dr. Ovink's NSF funded grant project titled, "Broadening Participation in STEM," as well as conducting interviews and coding them in a qualitative coding system (Dedoose). Currently working on an independent element to add to Dr. Ovink's research about opinions on diversity at the institution where she is conducting her research.

Sole instructor for a course of 10 freshman to orient them to the Honors College at Virginia Tech. Created weekly lesson plans, graded multiple assignments, and ultimately determined the student's overall grade of the course.

Undergraduate research position under Dr. Rebecca Hester and Dr. Jim Bohland. Conducted ethnographic research in Roanoke, VA focused on civic engagement in refugee communities. Presented findings at Virginia Tech Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium.

Tasked with founding a chapter and supporting the goals of the student organization, “No Lost Generation”, at Virginia Tech. No Lost Generation Virginia Tech is a student initiative with the goal of supporting refugee and migrant populations through fundraising to support aid organizations, advocacy and awareness of refugees and migrants through documentary showings, lectures, and public forums to raise awareness and discuss solutions for refugee issues, and in-kind support such as volunteering with English instruction for resettled refugees in the Roanoke area, curriculum uploading for educational efforts in refugee camps, and letter writing campaigns to children in refugee camps in Turkey.
