End to End Pain Points Gathering. Designed process maps for the entire Bevi supply chain from sale to invoicing. Held a meeting with 19 key stakeholders to collect all their perceived pain points. Analyzed the pain points, gathering them into key programs and then prioritized the programs for my team and others to take on.Raspberry Withdrawal. Program managed the withdrawal of Raspberry concentrate due to non-compliance with Bevi’s high drink quality standard. Gathered data from numerous sources to define the scope of the problem. Minimized risk and impact to end customers, while considering the company’s financial and brand cost. Held regular meetings with leadership and key stakeholders across 6 company divisions. Conducted an after action review, resulting in new process documentation.Inventory Deployment Tool. Designed and deployed an Excel tool using historic order data to recommend inventory order volumes for 39 SKUs at 8 warehouses. Rebalanced inventory between warehouses, and defined a new process for managing and ordering stock. Reduced order placement time by 1.5 days (60%), reduced average inventory holding volume by 42%, and reduced single-location stock-outs by 83%.

Transportation Management Portals. Redesigned three AASHTO (American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials) resource portals, containing over 1800 resources, using JavaScript and HTML. Work included organizing webpages, updating taxonomy, uploading new resources, and managing key metadata to support knowledge management.AASHTO 2021–2026 Strategic Plan. Led a multi-day conference with over a dozen State DOT (Department of Transportation) CEOs to write the strategic plan. Designed an Excel tool and oversaw it’s use by all 31 AASHTO Committees to align their annual action plans with the strategic plan. Constructed a web-based dashboard to track the progress of AASHTO Committee actions toward the strategic objectives (dashboard.aashtoplan.com).Asset Value Guide. Wrote and designed the web version of “A Guide to Computation and Use of System-Level Valuation of Transportation Assets”, a research guidebook used by each of the 51 state DOTs to better manage their assets (assetvalueguide.com). Conducted a literature review of 87 resources to inform the content of the guide. Transportation Asset Management Plans. Supported the development of TAMPs for Connecticut DOT, TxDOT, New Mexico DOT, and Pennsylvania DOT, writing and conducting risk assessments. Created and maintained the CTDOT Highway Asset Fact Sheets using Python and HTML, to display graphs and facts for the 11 asset types in their TAMP (enhanced-ctdot-factsheet.herokuapp.com).Increasing Collaboration Across AASHTO Committees. Developed a playbook for the 31 AASHTO Committees to follow based on a review of 3 years of committee action plans, interviews with key stakeholders, and an updated mapping of over 70 common committee interests.TAM Data Guide & Data Assistant. Designed the web-based version of the TAM Data Guide (tamdataguide.com), reorganizing topics by frameworks and processes. Developed and tested the TAM Data Assistant tool, then supported three State DOTs using the online tool.
