For three years, I had the opportunity to work in retail which allowed me to enhance my soft and hard skills. Especially my skills in customer service, communication, sales, visual merchandising, leadership, organization, and numeracy. As I watched the company that I worked for grow, I learned a lot about what it takes to properly market a business for it to be successful and stay successful. I interned during the summer of 2019 with the women's ministry at Free Chapel. I created graphics for their social media pages, worked to increase social media engagement, helped with orchestrating community and church events for members and edited and proofed all media for the women’s ministry. Following my internship, I became a conference coordinator at Free Chapel which allowed me to extend my project management experience. I executed a three-day women's conference held in Gainesville, Georgia, and Orange County, California that had over 3000 women at the Georgia conference and over 1000 women at the California conference. Marketing is a constant operation that is changing everyday, and you have to respond proactively.
