In this position, I worked as a buffet lines team member in various roles to execute successful meals for large summer camps. I also operated as a catering team member to set-up and serve diverse events with excellence. These roles included fine dining set-ups, waitress skills, buffet line preparation and food service, and knowledge of health codes.

As a summer team member, I was able to provide excellent face-to-face customer care for a diverse customer base. In a fast-paced environment I developed critical thinking skills to always get the job done and keep the customer more than satisfied with their service.

I worked efficiently in all clerical and administrative tasks such as document drafting, data entry, and data maintenance. I also develop skills in customer service particularly through social media, email, and telephone communication.

In this position, I operated as a first contact customer service provider. I also completed day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, project creation, and project management, as well as document drafting.
