At WSG, I aim to create quality jobs within the Trade and Lifestyle sector. My work centres around strategic human capital planning to address manpower challenges and skills needs pertinent to the hotel and food manufacturing industries. In order to support companies in creating quality jobs and developing a manpower pipeline, I construct, implement and recommend appropriate intervention measures and progressive practices via regular engagement with new and existing industry partners. Contributing to data and innovation works for WSG, I built intuitive excel dashboards for my division to improve work productivity.

Under the research of “Steering Urban-Rural Integration in China”, I sourced for formal and official documents, notices and announcements; thereby providing short summaries in English. I also kept track of typescripts produced during translation classes focusing on the same research matter.

At Booking.com, I assumed a permanent role of operational support for Global Accounts in Asia Pacific (such as Accor, Marriott International, Hilton, Hyatt) under the Accommodations sector. Externally, I worked directly with global and regional headquarters on commercial and operational related issues. Internally, I championed the Global Accounts topic through a myriad of ways, such as continuous education, delivery of key updates, organisation of workshops, events and business reviews, monitor monthly statistics measuring current growth and future forecast, troubleshoot escalated issues and provide feasible solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
