Responsible for attraction, recruitment and retention methods used to attract and retain talent for the Direct Sourcing and MSP teams within Reeds Northampton Shared Service Centre. The Shared Service Centre provide a critical function in support of large scale outsourced volume recruitment contracts covering both private and public sector clients.Specialities: - Responsible for all advertising, including planning, copywriting and implementation,- Provide strategic direction around sourcing and attraction activities,- Research and development into all recruitment and retention methods, - Work to branding guidelines, both internally and to client specifications, - Creation of recruitment plans, - Track ROI for each campaign,- MI collation and analysis.
