I provide technical support and management of DeepOceans assets, coordinating day to day maintenance activities as well as organising and managing the embarkation/disembarkation of vehicles and their supporting equipment to new vessels. I ensure that we are able to meet project/contract requirements safely, effectively and efficiently and operated within agreed budgets.

Engineering management including planning maintenance, defect rectification, equipment optimisation and capability sustainment.Head of Intelligence section onboard HMS Illustrious responsible for managing a team in the planning of all maintenance and defect rectification in order to maintain full systems capability and optimisation.Managed and supervised the engineering department in the head of department's absence by fulfilling the role of Duty Weapons Engineering Senior Rate. This included writing their promotional reports and advising on their career development. Leading Weapons Engineering Artificer 2007-2008Captain of the Gunbay onboard HMS Monmouth directly responsible for ensuring safe operating procedures when working with the largest technical piece of equipment on site are adhered to by all personnel.In the absence of a Section Head, adopted their role without any formal training as a Head of Section and maintained the operational capability for Senior Management for a period of 4 months until a suitably trained relief could be found.
