Review current processes and help with company restructure. Introduction of new sales team and continued to develop culture of continuous improvement through LEAN training. Developed the Berwick LEAN Audit tool that has helped reshape customer interaction and aided group management and cost control. Introduced Sales Pipeline to control influx of sales leads generated through new prospect management system and new customer appointment schedule. Ongoing support and training to key members of staff, controlling office workload and management of staff. Holding key accountability meetings with staff to ensure top customer maintenance through creation of checklist system.
