Over the course of the LDP programme, I developed my leadership skills, team work and own subject knowledge. I have researched a range of pedological theories and implemented them within my classroom whilst working hard towards developing and enhancing the progress of all students in an attempt to 'close the gap' of educational disadvantage. After completing my training year, I was graded an 'outstanding' trainee from Northumbria University.
