Handle all relevant cargo bookings via telephone, emails, and online portals.2) Check incoming emails and respond or refer to the relevant personnel to ensure an efficient customer service is provided.3) Answer the telephone and deal with customer enquiries. 4) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication5) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

1) Screen all accessible property for prohibited items using X-Ray units and/ or physical search procedures2) Screen passengers using HHMD & pat down search3) Subject additional security search for selectee passengers4) Exercise access control to the aircraft as per security norms5) Undertake pre-flight checks of aircraft as per the checklist6) Undertake aircraft ramp surveillance & checks as per laid down process7) Undertake baggage reconciliation process and security checks at BMA8) Undertake security functions at the catering unit including search of bulk items and catering truck and trolleys9) Undertake surveillance at the check-in area

1) To check-in the passenger, ensure tickets and other travel documents (passport,visas, residence permit, green card etc.) are valid.2) Well wised knowledge of MACS and AS Connect (Emirates Departure control System) and Basic knowledge of Amadeus Reservation System.3) To assist passengers with baggage-related issues, such as lost,delayed,Mishandled and damage baggage.Prepare all required reports for the same.4) Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other pre-flight procedures.also provide information on flight schedules, gate changes and baggage policies.5) Special assistance such as those with disabilities,Wheelchair or medical conditionsReceive in-bound calls from customers in order to provide information/ updates as and when required.6) Create new reservations and make changes to existing reservations. Provide quotes on the correct fares and rules of carriage issuance and re-issuance of ticket.
