Our small research team is dedicated to expanding the capabilities of BCI through context awareness, hybridization, and intelligent control. Our goal is to develop a real-world BCI system that can be applied in clinical, operational, and general settings. We are currently based at GIZ startup incubators and collaborating with several labs at UoL to advance our research and development efforts.

Carrrie is a crowdsourced delivery platform that lets users pool their parcels/luggage anywhere super quick and cheap. We are currently operating in South India connecting major urban and rural areas and providing a personalise and single-day delivery at a very affordable cost for our users and small-medium businesses. As a peer-to-peer marketplace within the sharing economy, we are turning underutilized assets and resources into new jobs, income streams and community networks. We have recently also launched Carrrie Business and are collaborating with retailers across industries solving the last-mile deliveries together, providing businesses with a sustainable delivery solution while seeing increased customer satisfaction levels.

My primary role at the company is to understand our business needs and product requirements and transform that understanding into user-focused and intuitive products, interfaces, platforms for mobile and web.I conduct various studies and researches to observe user behavior in socio-cultural aspects and their trends with technology to improve and simplify the product interface, its interactions and user experience. My other responsibilities include:• Conduct various researches and customer interviews to understand user challenges and requirements.• Analyze all strategies and design appropriate solutions.• Design various user interaction models and workflows and ensure compliance to all guidelines and prepare various creative prototypes and perform required market research.• Collaborate with product managers and developers and prepare all product direction and maintain knowledge on all competitor user interfaces and provide assistance to prepare all designs.• Coordinate with product managers and visual designers to design all user integration requirements and prepare required story boards and wireframes.• Manage multiple design products and assist all usability researchers to provide appropriate user feedback and ensure compliance to all project deadlines.• Design and analyze all interface architecture and prepare all user cases for all information architecture.• Design various process flows and navigation maps for various interactive processes.• Prepare documents for all user interfaces and provide efficient feedback to maintain quality of all products.• Assist engineers and product managers to design and implement all products and prepare documents for all visual teams.• Monitor app performance on regular basis and analyze all trends and recommend improvements to same if required.

Acquired in-depth understanding of EEG acquisition and data analysis. Had hands-on experience in MNE, OpenSesame, EPrime, and MatLab. Also, conducted several pilot studies on stress and cognitive functions. Worked with MUSE, portable EEG device and developed programmes to acquire ERP using MUSE.

Conducted research study in the field of cognitive neuroscience exploring the effects of chronic stress on the attention networks (alerting, orienting and executive control) of the brain. The study was conducted on parents of children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) at IMHANS. In the study a correlation was observed between chronic stress and a reduced efficiency in orienting network.

Worked on the research and development of an internet product called Cardspace, a cloud based contact management system, which was later acquired by a UK based company.
