As an instructor for Stretch-n-Grow, I had the rewarding role of working with young children to promote fitness, health, and wellness through fun and engaging activities. The job involved leading energetic classes that focused on building motor skills, coordination, and body awareness. Each session was designed to be interactive, encouraging children to move, play, and learn healthy habits. I had to maintain a positive, high-energy environment to keep kids engaged, as well as adapt activities to suit various age groups and abilities. It is a hands-on, fulfilling experience that allowed me to make a positive impact on kids’ lives by promoting active lifestyles from an early age.
