I am responsible for supporting the Head of Inward Investment in achieving HIE's ambitions in this area. This includes supporting work to develop HIE's inward investment propositions, content and marketing material and the coordination and maintenance of HIE's Inward Investment enquiry and project pipeline information for monthly and quarterly management information reporting. I am also responsible for oversight and maintenance of client portfolio information on HIE systems to ensure data integrity. I also support the Regional Head of Business growth, entrepreneurship and programmes to achieve the desired results and impacts for HIE. This is mainly through; development and maintenance of an effective approach to supporting accelerated business growth, the delivery of appropriate products, services, advice and support, effective and streamlined processes and procedures and robust and effective knowledge sharing platforms across the region.

I provide PA Support to the Area Manager and am responsible for the co-ordination of all Business Engagement activities for the Inner Moray Firth Area. I provide administrative support to the wider team across a range of areas which includes: the co-ordination of requests for Specialist Advice; handling of enquiries; preparation of Legal documents;timely production of monthly financial and managements reports as required to inform decision making and enable accurate spend and commitment forecasting and the provision of HMS support.I am the teams content administrator for the company's electronic records system providing system support and advice to the team and the provision of support to the Finance and Systems Manager on system housekeeping tasks. A key part of my role is to bring fresh thinking to HIE's work in this field, and to help create a customer focused business that is responsive and proactive; working with senior leadership team to set an organisational climate in which staff resources are aligned and empowered to pursue HIE's remit, encouraging innovation and creativity. Other duties include:1. Promote a climate of accountability, openness, collaboration and innovation.2. Ensure appropriate compliance with all aspects of HIE governance, including risk management and HIE audit and compliance requirements.3. Ensure optimum use of internal management systems.

My main roles involve invoice processing involving data entry, information gathering, statementchecking and invoice queries along with timely production of monthly financialand managements reports as required to inform decision making and enable accurate spend and commitment forecasting. I also support Account Managers and Area Manager in processing claimsreceived from clients for grant funding while also doing administrative processing of team specialist advice requests to HIE’s contractor.Other roles include • To arrange meetings and organise hospitality.• Promote a climate of accountability, openness, collaboration and innovation.• Ensure appropriate compliance with all aspects of HIE governance, including risk management and HIE audit and compliance requirements.
