Responsible for optimization and development of dashboards pertaining to cabin crew analytics

Led product analytics setup, user data infrastructure design, and content creation. Tracked user progress, identified pain points, and improved user experience. Designed projects, oversaw doubt-resolution process, and supported users with diverse needs. Contributed to product development with wireframes and UI prototypes.

Streamlined various reports generation processes: rewrote SQL queries and Python scripts from scratch to fetch conversations, mentions, brand mentions, posts, comments, etc., from the database, and also added features like MoM groupwise data and automated detection of invalid admin post links. Developed an app for the same reducing the turnaround time from 3 hours to ~15 minutes. Expedited demographic data requests by 90% (from ~4 hours on average).
