My work at this 5-star timeshare encompassed many aspects of resort operations, from administrative to guest services to maintenance. I helped our guests in understanding timeshares, booking or banking their reservations, checking guests in / out, directing them to local area attractions and events, assisted planning activities, and quickly resolved any problems which may have arisen over the duration of their stay. My office work includes standardizing office procedures, training new employees, maintaining our online room inventories, nightly audits, writing / formatting documents for distribution to guests, and taking the actions necessary to contain emergencies all sizes.

I served and bartended in the Finz Loft, a DiRoNA award winning restaurant on the Emerald Coast where a strong emphasis on teamwork provides guests with an unforgettable experience. While occasionally open to the public, the Loft was primarily a venue for private parties where my responsibilities included event/service preparation, providing our guests with knowledgeable recommendations of food and wine pairings, mixing/pouring drinks, taking orders and placing with our kitchen using Infogenesis, and presenting food & drink in a manner that met or exceeded guest’s expectations.

I performed many of the tasks necessary to successfully operate our shops in Vail (winter) and Beaver Creek (summer). My time was divided between working on the mountain where we initially greeted customers and shot their photos, and at our shop where we printed and sold their photos. Also, I was responsible for training new employees, inventorying equipment, uploading images to local & remote file servers, providing photo adjustments / restorations, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in general.
