Department : Data Analytics & Engineering• Design impactful reports and dashboards to inform business decisions throughout the company• Help to improve the reuse of data and information so that the meaning of information remains the same for everyone who used that information• Partner with individuals and teams to understand the underlying questions or requests and how to best use the data to solve the intent of the request• Query data from various sources and integrate into a single data set• Assist in analysis by finding patterns and relationships in the data• Work with a variety of data sets from finance, sales, web traffic and more• Provide timely reports to Field Nation team members• Contribute to the understanding of our data by being precise and consistent in the definitions of information.

• Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.• Perform data analysis of key problem areas/gaps to assist in root cause analysis.• Contribute to identifying trends, opportunities for improvement.• Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality.• Research and collect data to assist with product development and analysis.• Train staff and business as necessary on data operational activities.• Creating or implementing a digital conversion program in line with the client's needs.• Research and assemble information and data, preparing internal and external communication materials for presentations, speaking points, correspondence, and other written materials.

• Performing SQL queries on the Data warehouse to obtain data reports.• Handling project tickets with Data requests in “Atlassian Jira” Software.• Assisting Marketplace Provider team in Tableau and MS Excel reports.• Analyze, verify and visualize data in order to understand market trends and individual’s skillset for creating data-driven decisions.• Help different cross-cultural teams as needed and maintain comprehensive current knowledge of operations.
