CurrentProfessional railroad motive power and equipment technical and regulatory compliance consulting services, including:● 49 CFR technical and regulatory training● Risk management safety audits● Interpretative guidance on regulatory requirements● FRA civil penalty mitigation● Document review/analysis relative to 49 CFR● Developing and implementing recommendations focusing on improving efficiencies and regulatory compliance● Troubleshooting and identifying actual/potential problem areas and implemention solutions to ensure regulatory compliance● Resource networks in related industries, government agencies, and professional organizations● In-depth and exact knowledge of federal laws, rules and regulations to interpret in a clear and concise manner● Conducting railroad operating/safety rule courses to short line railroads and plant rail● Railroad operations for the following – district superintendent, terminal superintendent, terminal manager, regional foreman of engines, road foreman of engines, manager of labor relations, assistant to division manager, administration manager, locomotive engineer and trainman● Conduct Railroad Safety and Operating Procedures, Hazmat and Security, FRA Reg 214, 217, 218, 219, 220, 222, 225, 228,232, 240, 242 and 243 classes for short line railroads and plant rail operations
