Support Content Manager
Current- Lead the support content development process and serve as the final check for all written content in the Bandwidth Support Center
- Manage the information architecture for the Bandwidth Support Center and perform design, structure, and content improvements based on the user and agent feedback
- Partner with product leaders and subject-matter experts to enable the self-creation and self-validation of support content for external and internal audiences
- Serve the Bandwidth Service Experience Team by supporting peers, projects, and other initiatives in a leadership role
