As a Senior Engineer, I provided guidance, support, and planning to meet target performance. My team consistently contributed at least 40% to 60% of the entire Technical Hub accomplishment with an average turnover of $40,000/week. KEY ROLES:➪Conducted inspections for sensitive and escalated claims. Responsible for quality assurance, approval, and sign-off for all the reports produced by my team. Led and completed detailed engineering evaluation (DEE) for Fletchers Hub Offices.➪Performed structural assessments of damage to houses and developed solutions of repair in conjunction with repair guidelines of DBH, Building Code, and the City Council.
