It's been an amazing journey!I hold a Master of Engineering Studies in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I'm proud to be a Chartered Professional Engineer in New Zealand for over 10 years.Throughout my career, I've been involved in numerous structural assessment and design projects. I also have a strong background in business start-up and management, including operational and financial performance.A highlight of my career was serving as a member of the Structural Engineering Panel for the New Zealand Fire Service from 2014 to 2017. As a Senior Engineer, I provided guidance, support, and planning to meet target performance. My team consistently contributed at least 40% to 60% of the entire Technical Hub accomplishment with an average turnover of $40,000/week. KEY ROLES:➪Conducted inspections for sensitive and escalated claims. Responsible for quality assurance, approval, and sign-off for all the reports produced by my team. Led and completed detailed engineering evaluation (DEE) for Fletchers Hub Offices.➪Performed structural assessments of damage to houses and developed solutions of repair in conjunction with repair guidelines of DBH, Building Code, and the City Council.
